NAC Billing (www.naceft.com) is the payment processor for your FitSmart Challenge membership dues. You authorize NAC to process your payment of $2.95 today for the card verification and entry fee as stated on your membership agreement. You further authorize NAC to transact recurring debits on the card provided above for your membership dues each month as prescribed in your membership agreement until such time that your membership agreement is properly canceled. You may change your method of payment for future recurring debits at any time by contacting NAC via the telephone number or address listed in your membership agreement.
